i currently have an 04 tracker with a 2.0l and i am looking for a header does anyone know where i can find one or does it need to be custom made?
the truck just had a rockyroad body lift and a calmini 2.5 lift installed would like a little performance

I dont think there is anything out there cause u guys have a pre cat in the front manifold. I may be making some next year but u would either have to get a whole exhaust built or ill do one.

Suzisport out of Australia has them on their site. A little difficult to navigate, but they're there.

Hurricane brand headers made in down under Australia is the only manufacturer/vender i found for the the 2.0Liter engine. http://hurricaneheaders.com.au/hurricane/products.htm
I was searching for a header for mine about a year ago too. If you look at the stock exhaust maifold on the 2.0, it's already pretty lean tubing to start with. Not super well tuned and balanced no doubt, but a decent exhaust manifold. I opted to by-pass the header. I couldn't see too much of a power gain over what the header would cost plus shipping, plus having to fab a new exhaust to it as well. $600-700 + bucks.
But if JD can fab you a set locally and you want the punch, it's your truck... GO FOR IT!

Hey guys.
Im not sure if its going to be this year if i touch the 2.0L i dont have a 4 cyl truck right now but i do have a few friends with some so we will see.
But more likely next summer ill be doing alot more R and D on the vitaras as from the 2.0 and the 2.5's due tot he fact alot of people are modding these trucks.
