Title: Is it clutch time?

The clutch on my 96 Tracker is getting to the point where it will almost not disengage when the pedal is to the floor.

Is there an adjustment that can be made somewhere, or is it time for a new clutch?

It is a cable clutch, maybe your cable has stretched some.
It's very adjustable.  Right on the side of the tranny.
