Post by: Underpressure on September 21, 2004, 04:06:07 PM
 Here's a couple builds we've recently done.
This one has my shackel reversal, 31's, bumpers, hybrid rear diff, 5:13's, headder, custom exhaust, new paint with Shogun stripe package, full custom interior. (including seats)

-I'm hoping to have mine done by springtime. I havn't had any time to work on it further, other than sourcing parts. I seem to be spending alot of time providing altitude for Shogun trucks.(not that I'm complaining  ;) ) I'm also burning alot of candle wax doing r+d on some Track/Kick goodies that I hope you'll all dig.(some SFA thingy, and mabey some IFS doohickeys....heh)

-The top is a used unit that my pal Geoff (of Shogun fame) had reconditioned. They are few and far between, however we are thinking of manufacturing something similar with a slider and locking "trunk lid".

- In the first post, I said that the orange Sammi had my shackel reversal kit installed in it. That's bull.....it has the springover kit in it. My mistake.......(thx Geoff)

Thank you for the interest, guys!<---Jay

shiznat?? ???

Thanks for the offer, Spinal......We already have a couple of "mule" Track/Kicks to play with. It's better that WE own them considering that the last part of any suspention concept is to beat the tar out of it on the trails. ;)

I'll try to find some interior pics today, Steveo. 8)

No problem Jay :)

Do you guys have any 1.6 8V's that need rebuilding? I need a donor engine...my old 8V is starting to get tired.

Let me know...

Thanks :)

Hey, (this is Geoff of Shogun Ent) I don't get on this damn computer often enough, Jay is my #1 guy at the shop. ;D
This custom int included yes, retro fitted tracker seats, not LSI though.  Complete spray lined int from top to bottom, custom door and rear side panels, and carpet.  I'll get Jay to post pics of our full custom seats, not retro fits, side panels, and carpets soon...made of marine quality tweed and leather and are awesome!  We have them stitched by an award winning hot rod int builder.  Will be posting more pics of projects we are currently finishing for customers, let us know what you think.
Thx
Geoff

"Stay tuned for the big LWB sammi that I'm working on now........<---Jay"

Jay:
I WILL! I'll be lookin' for the LWB project, & also for the progress on your awesome flexi rig. The red LWB under the tree behind the orange Sami sure looks like one on eBay a few months back that had a diesel converted to run on waste vegetable oil. It was in BC if I remember correctly. Is this the same one, and what kind of work is being done on it? (Sorry, but I must confess I am a LWB-deprived Yankee with a fetish for these elusive critters!!!) Have a good one!

Scott

The one behind the orange sammi is indeed the one from B.C.(good eye!) Geoff picked it up. We will be moving the engine back 4-5", building nicer bumpers for it, cleaning out all the cooking oil garbage, installing our shackel reversal, and a 6 pt. roll cage. It is going to a U.S. customer. <---Jay
