Title: 5 spd transmission 88 samurai

Ok I feel stupid were to I add fluid to the standard transmission if i change it? Thanks  75w90?

There should be a spot on the drivers side for you to pull out.  Ether a bolt or an indent that will fit a 3/8th rachet.  75w90 should work just find.

Isn't it on the rear of the tranny, not the side?

Just looked at my 88 last night and mine was on the back slightly to the pass side

Ah, I might have gotten it mixed up with the transfer case.  It's been a while.  :)
