Title: Is there a bulb or not?

I have a 96 tracker and have never drove it at night until last night and needed to put on the defrosters because the window was fogging up and had to put on the dome light to see the switches for the defrosters, is there a bulb behind that panel or not? Just curious because if there isn't I don't wanna waste my time taking it apart.

There is a bulb back there. captchee had a great shot of his interior after replacing his bulbs with colored led's.
