Title: 87 LWB Sami 1.6L 16V No power

My sami runs but seems to bogg out a bit if you give it gas but it has a hard time going up hills gutless badly has anyone come across this problam I have changed cap rotor wires and plugs and the same thing happening plz help.

Have you changed the fuel filter lately? Do you have all the sensors wired up? Check Engine Light on?
