Title: G13B swap
Post by: R4ped_4pe on September 21, 2008, 01:29:20 PM
Ok guys I looked in the forums, and cant find an anwser to my question. So here It is. What do you have to do to make this swap work? I have a 90 swift gti. And was just wondering what I needed, and how much work this is going to be? Do I need a kit of some sort? will the motor just "drop" in?  Thanks for your time! It will be going in a 90 tracker.

I believe you can get the distributor adaptor from ssgti.com or a company called rotational dynamics. I asked about it a couple years ago and it was like $250-300.

On the distributor thing, one can modify the firewall to accept the dizzy. There is also a method of using a different dizzy cap from a mitsubishi that is quite a bit shorter.
