Title: Sammy has car cancer need help

My sammy has the worst cancer I driving the flintones car. The body shop I went to is recomending me find a whole new body. The only thing that i can salvage is the hood, 2 doors and the windshield frame. So if any body has some advise im all ears. Like who sells bodies is there a way to get a whole new shell?

Ouch...  Keep an eye on junk yards I guess.  Or pick up an Willeys Flat Fender body.  They have close to the same dimensions as the Samurai.  You could throw one on your Sammy frame.  :)

Out of curiosity, is it the fenders and floorboard that is rotting out or is it just about everything?

Man 2 doors, hood and windshield frame, you pretty much got a whole sami right there!

Look for a non-op sami or something with a bum motor, then you could always snag the tub off of it or just put everything that is good on your into the other...(if in better condition)

Try this guy,

He actually has new body parts that he has made for him. He specailises in land cruisers but does Sammy stuff too. I've seen the parts and tubs at the Off Road Expo and they look great! They're pricey but brand new is hard to beat!

thanks for the web site, unfortunately there sold out but if you guys have any more suggesttions im all ears still. At this point im in such a pickle i say there are no stupid ideas.

get some navel jelly and spread on the rust so it will stop then cover it in dimond plate and fiberglass! lol. i would say the best bet is some junkyards or a scrap sami like ammila said if you dont want to just cover it up...
