Title: WON'T RUN IN DRIVE!

My 1998 4dr sidekick auto  ???idles fine but when you put in drive it stalls out... anyone out there that has fought this issue before?????

I have seen where the lock up torque convertor is stuck in the locked position and it does exactly that. I am not familier with the trans but if there is a plug for the lock up try unplugging it and see what happens!
