my samurai transfer case just started a howling noise when u push on the gas under a load also the shifter pops out of 4 wheel drive. what do i need to do get a whole new transfer case.

Sounds like you have a bearing or bearings that are worn......a new bearing kit should fix the howling....they can be bought from several suzuki vendors.
The shifter popping out could be the shifter sheet.....you can get them from suzuki vendors in either brass or polyurethane. It could also be that the front output shaft is worn, upgraded ones can also be bought from vendors.
If you can find a known good tcase, it will probably be cheaper than buying all the above parts.

i have a extra transfer case i am gonna put in tonight. is there a way to check these other parts to c if they are bad

The shifter sheet you could look at.......if it is intact, it is probably ok, if it is missing or in pieces, then you know it is bad.
For the front output.....not really.
For the bearings....not really.
