Hey all. I've tried searching for an owners manual online without any luck.
I've got a sammy t-case I'm going to be adapting to a different application, and I need to know what the "protocols" are for shifting the t-case.
In my trail rig, I can shift from 2hi to 4hi on the fly, and into 4 lo on the fly as long as I disengage the clutch.
I just need to know what I can/can't do with the sammy t-case...
thanks,
M

i honestly never though about it.
Sammys have manual hubs so there's really no shifting on the fly.
i usually lock the hubs when I'm going down a trail that doesn't involve a lot of turning, go through the mud runs and if i get stuck i just stick it in 4wd and then go again.

I found what I was looking for... on Suzukiinfo.com
if moving straight can shift between 4hi and 2hi. but whenever moving in or out of Low, vehicle must come to a complete stop.
