A friend of mine who has pulling tractors was looking for a Sidekick/Samuri to use as a pit truck. It had to be short to fit in the enclosed semi trailer with two hot-rod pullers. He found a 96 2 dr. soft-top Tracker with a 98 1.6L motor in it. The motor has 20xxx miles on it total and the Tracker has 80xxx. It is black with a new soft-top, manual hubs and the 5.12 gears. Inside and out the thing looks perfect and runs even better. He paid $1700!!! I told him that is the best base fior a seriuos offroad toy but he wants to keep it stock. Either way another one is converted to the Suzuki life.  8)

I just bought a 96 tracker 4x4 5.12 gears with 91,000 miles for 1850. it looks like new. white in color. kinda funny cause my neighbor(76 yr old man) thought i went out an bought a new(brand new) car..lol

The one he got looks so good I told him he could probably get $4000 to the right guy. He asked if I was the right guy?  :laugh:

Nice find! I picked up my 93 back in July for $1600...only 70,000 miles  8) No rust, new top...couldn't pass it up! Probably the best $1600 I ever spent...now I just gotta get a lift and tires to make it more fun lol
