buy some cheap coil spacers, 1.5 front and 2inch rear. some gv front springs, some xl7 rear springs, cheapo shocks(crown vic, mustang or f150 2wd) and strut extensions, this should yeild roughly 3inches of suspension lift all around...

Here is what you need: 1.5" coil spacers up front and 2" rear. The strut spacers won't fit your 99 so the strut mount flip is the way to. 95 Mustang rear shocks and ta-da 2" higher. The 4 coil spacers sell for $80 to the US or $85 to Canada.

Here's what that setup looks like:

how does that handle 3'' on the front end i thought the cv boots or somthing wheres away the axil couse of too much of a angle i was told i shouldnt go past 21/2 without having to use the dropping brakets to lower the front??? thats what camini was saying to me

3inches is not recommended but when you are flexing and using the rig it goes beyond that extension anyway. 2.5inhces is fine also.. not much difference. actually i think i will only use my 1inch spacers with the gv springs not the 1.5's..
