Title: Please recommend Engine and Manufacturer for '94

Hello Everyone, this is my first post.  But, none the less important.  My Dad loves the samurai's  he has had 6 of them in the last 15 years.  The problem is the engines fall apart at 100,000 miles no matter what.  (all road driving, but hard)

My question... he has a '94 that just blew up it's engine.  I wan't to surprise him and get him a new crate motor.   WHICH ONE SHOULD I GET??? (which company and size?)  and , HOW MUCH WILL IT BE?   I need it shipped to my house and the core returned.  I am looking for the best value not neccesarily the best price... I do know there are differences.


Hopefully your experience will save me some $$$$$ and time.

Lastly, it will be driven as a stock sami.... don't get me wrong, it will go off road some, but nothing that that stock zuk won't do.

I'd call Hawk Strictly Suzuki at 1-888-SAMURAI and see what info/products they have.

I bought an engine from these guys and it was in perfect condition.  It is still running like a champ!

They are used but very good prices.

i'm with zig,i recommend hawk (talk to rick or william) though.
