Hey, I have a 1990 sidekick 4X4. Its been sitting in the cold (-5degrees celsius) for a couple of days. I started it up this morning no problems, drove for 5 minutes and it then stalled. While I was driving I gave it a little gas and it started to stall so I let off the gas and it ran fine until I came to a hill and had to give it a little gas, and then it stalled.
I know that the starter is working because it turns over. I checked the fuel pump and its whirring away :) ... I've also added gas line antifreeze.. but that didn't solve the problem. Anyone out there have any ideas of what else could be the problem?
Thanks for any help/ideas you can offer!

I would lean toward a fuel problem. That what is seems like. Check the fuel filter! Check the fuel pump! Just cause it is making noise doesn't mean it is doing its job! Make sure you are getting fuel to the throttle body!

agreed^ same thing happened in my subaru, just a clogged/old fuel filter. Easy to check also so shouldnt be hard/time consuming to rule out.
