sounds like someone is riding the clutch
-
why would the bearing grt thrown off the fork by riding it? when i pull the tranny it falls out as soon as the trans is seperated.i understand that riding the clutch would make the bearing go bad but not fall off
-
Check the clutch fork to make sure that its not bent.
-
As Rhinoman said, check the fork.
good luck
-
Maby the fork is worn?
or
Have you ever had the resurfaced? If too much material was removed, maby this could cause the fork to over travel and cause the bearing to pop out? Just a thought.
Good luck

i pulled my trans today and its the fork its mangled now you cant even put a throw out bearing on it just falls right off thanks for all your help
