No, 15's won't fit. If youré just looking for something slightly larger then a 235/70R16 (29") will work or maybe try 225/75R16 (29.5").

thanks,
have you actually tried to fit the 15's ona  sport?
i have heard if you grind downt he caliper a bit then they will fit.
it's a pain in the ass trying to find decent priced 16" tires.

29" - 30" max. Any bigger than that, and you'll take a huge power / MPG hit.

I run 31/11.5's on the same rims. I think the biggest you will want is 245/75's. They are pretty common in a M/T tire. The 31's will drain the power. If I were you I'd go with the smaller ones.

Aren't the stock size tires under a Sport like a 28" tire anyway? If so, you won't lose much going to a 245/75-16 or 265/75-16. You might be able to go as big as 285/75-16 if you are lucky and can do a little trimming if necessary. I don't see why not if you are reasonably creative with it.

I don't know if you got tires yet but I put this on my Wifes Pathfinder before winter (30x9.5x15) and she love them
great in deep snow, on Ice and tuff plus  a good price
