Finished the new bumper tonight... here are some photos. It was completely made up as we went along. I only wish it sat out from the front a little more for room for lights or something. Let me know what you think!

nice bumper, any more pics of your spring angle with a load on it?? looks like your springs are bowed out pretty bad. lmk thinking about putting these in with my 4 door springs and it would help a ton to know that they work on longer springs. also jeff has his diff spacers done..... and judging by your cv angle you need it!! bumper looks great!!! more pics!!!!

Looks awesome. Home made bumpers kick ass . Is your rig body lifted? what size rubber are you running??

i like it! give it 3 thumbs up

I am running a 2" body lift and 10x31 tires on 3.75 back spaced CJ wheels. Took some tin snips and a hammer to keep from rubbing but I think they look pretty good...
About the cv angles... I recently switched the 1.5" spacers out for 2" but am afraid that is too much with out dropping the diff. I will take some more photos of it all for you... I need to check the spring bow for sure. At any rate, I will probably be going back down to the 1.5" spacers in the front until I can get that figured out. I was going to build sliders and drop the diff this weekend and go wheeling with friends Saturday and Sunday but right now I am desparately trying to figure out my brake problem.
Let me know what you want pictures of and I will snap away! Thanks!

whats ur brake problem?

whats ur brake problem?
I am willing to bet that the angle of the springs bowing out is pushing on the calipers, about 2 weeks after installing my lift springs i ran into brake problems also.... that is why I asked the question about how much those springs bowed.
as far as the pictures go I was looking for a good shot of the springs with the wheels on to take a look at how much they bow with the weight of the tracker on them.

In my opinion those springs don't look too badly bowed out. Nor do the cvs look at too much of and angle! And a question! How does the springs bowing out push on the caliper?

Ok I retract the cv comment. I missed the last pic! I think the onlt real thing that would correct that would be dropping the diff a bit?

Here are some additional photos... the springs are bowing pretty badly... will be going back to the 1.5" jeff spacers.

Looks good man. I toyed with the idea of using round tube for my bumpers but we had more rec. tube in scrap!!
