all the vendors on this website have flares .

A cheap way to do it is garden edging its black durable and flexable. Its easy to install if done right looks pretty nice costs less than extended flares too.

There aren't to many flares that pop out that far on the Sammy. Using the TJ (might have been YJ...) Rear Bushwacker flares on front and rear is a popular mod. While I was typing this Dazookster mentioned the garden edging that I was thinking of.
I use a stock Jeep YJ front flare on the back, but never to around to putting front fenders on it, as she never spends enough time on the road to get in trouble. With the 33x12.5 with the 3.5" offset wheels they still stick out a little bit, but catch most of the mud coming off.

Calmini... Trailtough... Rocky Road Outfitters... Petroworks... They all sell wider fender flares for the Sami.

I think these might be cheaper than the name brand vendors.

I saw a guy once who made his own flares. He got some tire treads, like for re-treading, and some self tapping screws. just screwwed the treads to the inside of his fenders at the width he wanted them. They didnt really turn out too bad either. Just another 2 cents.

I have the bushwacker flares bought from trail tough. They have two versions if I recall. A 4" and a 6". I have the 6" flairs and they are gorgeous. Here is a link to my vid at the end of my build season.

You can get an idea of what they look like with 31x10.5x15 tsl. ;D
I had the jcwhitney generic flairs on my previous kick and they looked ok. I wouldn't have put them on the sammy though. Everybody's budgets different and I dug a hole with mine but I really like the way it turned out. Oh, and those are 15x7 rims with 3.5" backspacing and I have 1.5" wheel spacers so it really widened the stance and fit those 6" flares nicely.
