Title: Anyone know the torque spec

i need the torque spec for the 4 bolts that hold the carrier and the bearing in place my buddy said 41 lbs is that right PLEZ LET ME KNOW my Tracker has been down for a while and I need to wheel it itz getting lonely LOL
