Title: ITs back again. Blowing code P0400

Alright.  I thought I had this taken care of this,  an low and behold it deiced to flash up again.  I have done every thing I can think of. Is there anything I am missing?? 

Engine code is EGR related.

What I have done is gone threw and changed all the vacume lines cleaned out egr (it is working properly also) and also done this write up that I guy posted
