Title: ROTATERS

Next project rotaters for the rear should give about 6 to 8 inches more travel.Still gotta reverse the front shackles,then maybe build a set for the front.Anybody run them on the front ? pro's con's ? Thanks  M.Z.rotaters001.jpg

 I beleive he is talking about Revolver shackles from Teraflex. I have friends that have run them on Jeeps for some time, on the front they don't work very well..they unload when climbing. On the rear, they found excessive wheelhop. I guess if you don't have to do any hard climbing, they flex awesome. As far as a sammy is concerned, I have run the missing links from Trailtough, they were awesome, except on pavement. Even with polyurethane bushings in the springs, they wandered something fierce. If you could control the wander, they would be great.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I heard somewhere that the missing links are actually kinda dangerous for normal everyday driving...

  Well thats what I plan on doing-elimanate or reduce the side motion with a high link sway bar coupled with a traction controll bar for wheel hop and spring wrap.I believe this can be done with a little engineering. Thanks for the info Idholwb  on using them on the front, but with a shackle reversal would the springs not track or load normaly? just have more travel with the rotaters in the rear of the front axle?(http://www.eye-irritant.com/august2004/rotaters p two003.jpg)
