Title: GM alt lights on now?

put in a GM alt wired like directions now bat light brake light and sensor light never had them on before 
what did i do wrong?

ok  got the wires staitend out     quick ?   pulled neg bat cable  sami died    alt puts out 12.90 volts dc
never done this swap before
