I did mine about a month ago.  I think it was one of the easyest ones Ive ever done.  However I do have a 2 inch body lift and it gives more room to manuver things than a stocker would.

i have pulled my tranny 4 times in 2 yrs, my advise is:
4 hands are better than 2, really.
buy/make a pilot tool
buy some 4 to 5 in studs to go in the top 2 holes when putting back together as guides
mark your drive shafts
rent a tranny jack (my brother and i lifted one by hand but it wasnt much fun)
other wise, i agree its not to hard, i put in a new tranny last week by myself, took about 4 hrs (aprox) :-/

good luck ;)

If time and $$$ are available and you want a cam pull the engine and do several things at once. If you are just in for the clutch pull the trany and get help, its good for the arms and brain. ;)
