Title: how do you replace the body studs?

is there away to replace the factory body studs? mine are very rusty so i figure with my luck they will break when i do my body lift. im thinking i can use a hole saw from the floor to open up over the stud pocket. but i have not looked and figure you guys would know  thanks matt

Cutting and welding would be the only way that I can think of.  A holesaw might be a good idea if you could do it from up top, then weld a bolt to a large plate/washer, and weld it back into place.  Maybe keep the bolt as removable so that if it rusts again, you can replace it.

I hate the way Suzuki attached body to frame on X90s & Sidekicks."Dumb at best " In the UK they talk about this problem on a large Suzuki site. Cut through the floor & remove the problem body stud. Weld in a plate to cover the cut out floor area & build it back with through bolt like a Toyota/Nissan truck ect. Far better & no noise when off roading/twisting. Yes, Suzuki got the two front body mounts right.
