Title: help with lj80 engine

i recently got a LJ80 for free but all the cylinders have 30lb of compression...we have tried PB blaster and Lubeguard freez-eze cylinder treatment but it is definately stuck rings...it seems like parts are impossible for this engine so any input would be AWESOME
