Title: Timing Problems.HELP

I have a 1994 Geo tracker and i changed the head gasket and i cant seem to time it again . i have timed my old 8 valve motor.  but this one has a 16 valve motor and i have no idea how to get it timed . if anyone has a diagram or knows how it goes i would really aprecaite it . plz help if u can .

man i still cant get it timed wit that
