Title: 98 sidekick with 1.8?

probably rare, how good were these engines?  good power?

 96-98 4 door Sidekick Sport was the only 1.8 equipped Suzuki 4wd that was built. Not too rare. As far as I know, it was a decent engine.

I own a 96 5 door with a 2.0v6 motor here in south africa,looks identical to the 2.5v6 mototors in the new vitaras
