Title: 92 tracker clicking when on/not running

My 92 tracker has a check engine light on (I reset the switch did not help) and it will idle and run but if you accelerate fast it wants to die I jumped the wires for the codes but I got nothing.  When I turn the key to run there is a click from a relay and from one of two vacuum valves under the hood.  I have a second truck and tried replacing all of these parts but did not work.

Any Ideas?  Or does any one want a 92 side kick with hard top (removable)  and Ac and a 93 tracker soft top (needs new front dif and exhaust work and driver side window).  I would like $800 for both.  They are near Albany Ny.
