Use the search option on the forum for "body spacers" "body lifts" "coil spacers" or "coil lifts".
Jeff Hoepkers makes and sells quality coli spacer sets that lots of forum members buy and use.
His standard sets are 1.5" front and 2" rear but he may have others. He sells his stuff on e-bay too. Body lifts require loosening alot of components like brake lines, gas fill tube, steering shaft etc., that are attached to your frame in order to allow them to flex or be moved and mounted upward on the frame when you raise your body. Your tranny and transfer case shifters will be affected as well. Lots of forum members have done this mod as well. There are threads on the forum about this mod as well.
Tires? 235s to 30.9.50 to 31s are pretty much standard. If performance isn't an issue with you, then just pick out a tire and stick them on, but you should consider your stock ring and pinion gear if you are expecting your truck to retain alot of it's "power", acceleration and driving manners. Manual and auto trans have different stock gears and the same size tire will affect them differntly.
There is a thread that discusses stock ring and pinion gears as well so you can make an educated decision.
