Welcome to the sickness!

You will need transmission, transfer case, front axle housing, front cv axles, and both driveshafts. You would basically need to find a donor 4x4. Sounds worse than it is, since it will be a bolt in swap, for the most part. REally depends on how good a deal you get on the 2wd. The 2wd's are built the same, just missing the 4wd pieces. Good luck and post pics of the conversion!

I also recommend a donor truck,  then  you can just swap the complete system from one to the other.  Also you probably already know this, but be sure too find out your current gear ratio so you get a front to match.  That's another good reason to have a donor car, so you can use the rear axle for the matching gears. It's definitely worth doin if you got the time.

If you could I would do the SAS kit from trail tough

I don't know it would take much to put it in a 2wd but I'm sure it would save some time trying to get the IFS stuff under it

a local guy put a slayer kit on a 2wd X-90. all he had to do was put a t-case in it.

What sized tires are you looking to go to? If you're going big, swap to toyota junk. If you're staying to stay stockish, you can just lock the rear and be just as well off as 4x4 and open diffs... cheaper & easier.
