Hi guys! I'm planning on ordering the Calmini SK19900 3-inch suspension lift for my 4-door kick. I've been in touch with Calmini Sales and currently the kit is out of stock and will take about 2-3 weeks. My question is whether it is ok to order the kit from other vendors such as JD's offroad, etc.? Would you guys know also any other vendors that sell it online? Thanks!

Hawk has them but not sure if it ships factory direct.

After recently doing buisness with Hawk I can say that Rick & Cindy do not drop ship ( Shipping from the factory ) And if they have it they'll bend over backwards to help you out. 8)

Wow! I thought they would always have that kit. Seems like their bread and butter. Must be Full Traction is selling better than Calmini, thus shifting manufacturing quotas to the Jeep market.

JD'S IS E REPUTABLE BUSINESS HERE IN NY...BUT UNSURE IF THEY WOULD SHIP OUT OF STATES BUT MAYBE....

Just ordered the SK1990 from Calmini yesterday. My order is no. 19 down the line. Will take about 2 weeks for them to come up with the kits. According to the person I spoke to, Calmini makes about 50 kits at a time.
NY: I tried getting in touch with JD's, Hawk, and rubiconusa.com. They all do drop shipping unfortunately so I guess it was best to order it directly from Calmini instead. I'm having it shipped to a friend's address in LA who in turn would ship it to me here in the Philippines via seafreight. Cheaper that way. Takes approximately a month to get here. I can hardly wait!

howcome you opted for the calmini kit rather than your current ome setup?

TomKat, please don't speculate about things like this.
Yes, Full-Traction is doing great, but so is CALMINI. In fact, at CALMINI we were up almost 22% last year, which is a big number. To the reason for my post here though. CALMINI and FT are built in the same building ON DIFFERENT LINES by DIFFERENT CREWS. Yes, we are backordered on SK19900's at this time. Fortunately, it's because we are very, very busy with lots of orders from our wholesale as well as end user customers. I'm sure you meant nothing by it, but it might send the wrong message to someone that doesn't know the situation as well as you. If anyone has any questions about parts availability, or the location of a local dealer that stocks CALMINI, please call us at 800-345-3305.

speedracer:
The improved A-arms and rear trailing arms as well as the drop down kit for the front axle made me decide to go for the Calmini. However, I will still be retaining my front OME struts because in my opinion, these are more superior than the struts that come with the calmini kit.

Steve, I didn't mean to sound indifferent or snied, A company needs to go the route of most profit, that's where I got that idea, sorry to ruffle any feathers or contort the situation. Good to see you peruse the boards for a pulse on the group, nice that someone takes the time for that.
