so, bout a year ago i bought my wife a 95 4 door sidekick. a few months after i bought it the drivers rear window quit working, so i took the door apart and checked switches. i could hear a noise at the motor so i knew that it was getting power so last chance i got the hammer and hit the motor and miraculously it started working. so for the last 9 months i smack the door when it stopped and it would work for a couple weeks. well, the passanger rear started doing it now. so my questions....
1.do you guys think the motors are just so tired that they don't want to start on there own anymore after they sit?
2. does anyone think i should take them out and dissect them to see about lubricating them?
3. does anyone have any other ideas b4 i find replacement's?
any help is appriciated guys
