I ordered and paid for a Calmini Winch bumper via telegraphic transfer a week ago and have sent 3 emails with no response. Does anyone know if they are on holidays or at work at least?
I usually get an email response two days max, but now since ive paid for my goods, there has been no response... I know a TT takes a few days to clear but at least they could acknowledge my emails.
Makes it even more difficult when im from Australia. So again, just wondering if anyone has heard from them before i ring them .. with a rather annoyed tone...
help!

Today is a public holiday for the states so they probably been closed for that. Give it till Monday.

Never order direct from Calmini - they suck. Order from someone who stocks their products like Hawk, or Low Range Offroad. Their customer service is way better. It's a holiday weekend, but they should have been there last week I'd think?

Agreed; my personal experience with Calmini has been poor...but excellent with Low Range (who stocks all of Calmini's stuff). If you can, I would cancel the order from Calmini and order the same part from Low Range.
