So if I get a 2wd trackick, will the 4wd parts just bolt in ??? Thanks to anyone that helps.

You will need the transmission, transfer case, and almost the entire front end assembly to swap to 4wd. Unless you want to do a solid axle setup, then there are a couple ways of doing it.
What are your plans for the vehicle?

There is a bracket for the front diff that you'll need to weld on. It's fairly straight forward. I just finished doing the change but without a donor vehicle it could get expensive. You need the whole front diff, (to the hubs), transfer case, both drive lines, the rear transmission support and the 2 wheel drives have shorter springs than the 4 ,(but I don't know if you MUST change the springs or not).

I would say not, the Fatboy models over here were all 4wd but had lowering springs fitted.
