Title: shiter forks ????

i was out wheeling tonight and hit a nasty unpassible mud hole went to down shift from 2nd to first and it stuck in 2nd and can move shifter in a circle but stays in 2nd could my shifter forks be broken. took shifter off on trail thinking the sifter ball poped out but not it what could it be

Might be a broken guide bolt.  You can get a new shifter bolt or Hawk Suzuki Parts sells up upgraded shifter kit that has the larger bolts to stop it from happening again.
