Title: Installing locker and spool question
Post by: mudslinger987 on September 01, 2009, 12:34:30 PM
I have a 88 samurai and i am going to be installing a locker in the front and a spool in the rear i was wandering if there is anything else that i should need while i am installing the spool and locker. Will i need to get new seals or wheel bearings?

Any input is appreciated.

I would plan on replacing the seals at least.  Nothing is more annoying then tearing it all apart, then tearing it all apart again.

For the 3rd members I normally just use some RTV auto gasket maker stuff.  Other then that just read up on the installation and go for it.
