Has anybody bought these tires? My Destiny M/T's are getting a little slick. Called Pep Boys and they went up on the price of their Destiny's from $99 in October of 06 to $125 present day. Thats almost $600 with balance and install.
Decided to look on the web and found Nexen M/T's for $75 a piece and I can get them monted for $15 a piece at the local tire store!
I have already ordered them,....just wondering if anybody else has used them? ???

i have 235's on my street x90 i think there a good tire for the $$. have not had any problems, i 've got about 20 thou on them. stan

Thanks. I hope the Nexen's last me for a while.

Apparently it is a South Korean company. Nice looking tread on it though, reminds me of the old BFG MTRs.

Found one guy who liked them a few years ago - http://www.pointnshoot.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=Reviews&file=index&req=showcontent&id=4
If I picked them up I would take a heat knife and sipe the center tread. Give them a bit more flex. :)

Look at the ones from www.treadwright.com. I had them on my 90 and they were loud but unstoppable. Also cheap at $60 a tire.

Treadwright sucks now that they no longer sell the BFG knockoffs in 235/75/r15.
Well they don't suck, but i'm mad they canceled them and now sell a cheesy AT instead.

I had BFG's on my Jeep. The look cool but don't hold a candle offroad to a true mud ire. They were much quieter though.

They have the OTR, which is what I've been running for a LONG time. I've gotten really good mileage out of them. Not much wheeling, mostly street driving, but still, and great tire for the money.

Did you get your tires? What was your experience with onlinetires.com?
I thinking about getting my next set from them.

I would like to know about onlinetires.com also.

I received my tires with no problem and as promised! Had them installed and so far I am very happy with them. 8) They ride much smoother than the previous tires I had. This may be due to the tread design. The tire is more aggressive than a A/T but not as aggressive as the Destiny M/T's that I had previously on the Tracker. The better ride may also be due to the rubber being softer than what I had and the tires may not last as long. ??? For $75 a tire and if they last 20 to 30K miles, I'll keep buying them! My driving is mostly highway with some trails. I also use the Tracker as my hunting vehicle at the deer lease which is pretty much being on the trail also. ;D

Thanks for the update. They have awesome prices on all their tires and I'm glad to here they treated you good. I'm thinking about getting a set from them or some treadwrights. Depends on if I can find a cheap 16" rim.

PICS??? ;D

I have a set of Nexen Roadian MT's in 31x10.50 on my 93 4 Door Sidekick. I bought them cause they were in my price range but they perform really well offroad. They clean out in sticky stuff if you just spin them a little and they have flexible sidewalls so you can air them down nicely for the snow and soft stuff.
