Well I have been busy this weekend working on the sas on the tracker. I have a ton of pictures if anyone wants more of them. here is the last pic i took today. its sitting on the tires at ride height in the front. have a few things to finish on the front but i'm gonna get the rear axle in at ride height first. what do you think of it so far?

What springs, axles, tire size, susp setup are you using? Looks big in the pic
-
it all came off my cherokee. its a dana 30 and 35 rustys 6.5 lift kit that i modified. the coils are of the cherokee and i got another two from another cherokee. 33 inch tsl's. I am going to four link the rear. the front is 3 linked which was on the cherokee and part of the rusty's lift kit.

well its just about done.

That looks pretty hard core! Is that a vacuum cleaner hose your using as a snorkel?
-
I had a shop vac hose on it first but it started to crack. So one day when i was a walmart I found some pool hose 35ft for 40 bucks. I have a lot left but oh well its thicker wall and I think it will hold up better.

Is the body lift really, necessary? that thing looks top heavy..... =x
-
Well the body lift was put on before i decided to do this. and I'm not taking it out.
-
Looks good - Do you have any closer pics of the front and rear susp and links
-
yeah I have to rebuild the rear upper link mounts but I can put what i did so far up then when i redue them i will post them too.

in the third pic that bridge I didnt have enough welds or gussets because it broke the welds on the axle andthen broke the driveshaft when i was testing it yesterday. so i am working on fixing that today. Then in the last pic how the upper link brackets are to the inside of the frame I am going to cut the brackets and set them on top of the frame and redue the brackets on the rear axle bridge to line up. I think thats why the rear axle wants to sit an inch or so to the pass side all the time. plus the upper brackets are no supported that good and I cant really gusset the pass side since the gas lines are there. so I have a few things to redue but i will get it sooner or later. I have a crap load of pictures or if you want something more let me know I can take pictures

is this a trail only rig? or are you planing on driving this on the street?
-
off road only. I kinda would like to drive it on the road but dont think I ever will. I think I would get a lot of people turning there heads when i drove by them.
-
Impressive! Your welds are very nice.
-
thank you I weld for a living(well when i have a job that is). Damn economy sucks right now. but thanks.
