Title: Tire Size?

I have a 95 tracker 2 door, i am going to but a  2" spacer kit, What size tire could i run? 30/9.50/15 or 31/10.5/15 or 31/9.50/15? What other parts will i  need wheelspacers? Willing to do a little fender trimming. Thanks.
