Just got some coil spacers from low range offroad. They didn't provide any installation instructions, and I was just wondering if anybody knew of a website that has a pdf or something that shows the installation procedure? I would like to be able to print this off because I may let my local mechanic do this for me, so I want to have him something to look at since I doubt he's done anything to a tracker before.

also, I've been searching around on this, and I noticed someone mentioned flipping the front strut mount. Should I do this in addition to the 1.5" spacer I was gonna put on?

If you are putting on a Strut Spacer you don't need to flip the strut mount. That is only for if you use some spacers and don't have a strut spacer to go with. Installing the coils are pretty easy, especially if your mechanic has a spring compressor.
Put the rig up on blocks, pull off the tires, remove the strut. Some people remove the bottom bolts, other the top. Either way works. Remove the anti-sway bar. If you don't have enough room then disconnect the steering as well. Pull out the spring and the rubber seat on top. Put in the spacer, put the rubber seat back in, put in the spring, bolt everything back together.
On the drivers side you may need to disconnect the top half of your CV shaft. On the passenger side you might need to slide the CV out. Be careful you don't wreck the seal. If you do you the seal is the same on the Vitara and Grand Vitara front end, Passenger side inner axle seal - SGP Part #: 09283-3500.
For the rear you just pull the shocks and jack it up, much easier then the front.

thanks drone. So does flipping the strut mount kinda take the place of the strut spacer? if so, would it be easier to just do that and skp the strut spacers?

It's not much easier and you only get 3/4 of an inch or so. It works fine for small lifts but once you jump up a couple of inches I recommend the spacers to allow your struts room to flex.

That's a lot of stuff to unbolt, I start with the strut flip or spacer first - makes it easier to put together with the spacer in. Then I unhook the sway bar & ball joint(via 3 bolts), that's it - lower control arm pushes down while the rest is together allowing the spring to fall out.
