I've had to deal with the rear a little lower before and just got the spring pack re-arched to compensate. As for the stiffness....I've started to add a ply when SOA and re-arching the whole pack. This has given me great riding in every one I've done.

Some people have said that they will loose their arch in a short period of time but they are all holding up. We don't wheel rock here so the stress on the springs is not as bad.

i was under the impression that re arching would stiffen the ride because a worn out spring would be softer if not do you know the average price for a rearch

when I do the lift I bring the 4 packs and they add a ply on each and arch the packs for around $180. I've had to get some re-arched a few times to get all 4 corners equal. They just tweaked them a little.

As for the harsh ride I've always found that a SOa made a softer ride but after putting on the 31/33 then I run a low pressure in the tires all the time. Around 18-20PSI. This will make a big difference. I find the zuke being light enough to take the low air and not worry about it. I don't do too much highway.

you could just do a add a leef to bring yourself up just a tad in the rear or a little bit longer shackle. As for the ride i would look into decent shocks and not run such a high tires pressure. As far as i have noticed in most vehicles i have had that were spring over it does make it a little bit more stiff.

Yep, I just made longer shackles and the problem was fixed.  ;)
