So here it is, I am looking to run 35x12.50x15 BFG KM2's with a cal mini 3" lift and spring over, will that be enough for now? I am looking at doing the YJ springs later on but with a baby on the way and needing tires, I only want to buy tires once. Is anyone running this kind of set up. I looked at the LTB 34x10.50 but I really want the 12.50 for the snow to air down.

The 10.5" wide would probably be enough width for as light as you are. As for the 35" tires fitting it would probably be tight but do-able, it is going to depend on your off-set and how much your fenders are beaten in with a hammer.

Stock YJs, light trimming and some properly set up bump stops...you can run a 35 all day...with Toyota axles. If you plan on running a zuk axle, your definitely going to need a nasty about of backspacing/wheel spacers. Your also going to be pushing the a samurai axle way past its limits with 35's. Unless built up.

I run stock rear springs up front witch moves front axle forward about 2 inches and 3 inch lift springs in the rear with a spring over all the way around running 33x13.5x15 toyos. they rub a little in the front at full flex and when i turn real sharp (not the right backspacing). So you would probably need to do cut out fender flares, or more lift so you didn't chew your new tires up.

I ran into the same issue with my 33x12.5 Pro-Comp's after doing the RUF conversion. So I did a small fender mod. :D

I am running the toy axles with 5.29's so not to worried about the tire size being a problem. As far as back spacing I think I will go with Amillas idea from another post and go with a 2.5" back space. Thanks for all the help keep it coming.

???got to admit i like the look of those cut fenders, and that would cure my isues with tire rubbing.

Well I got the tires on today. I could not get the wheels with 2.5 BS in a timely manner so I went with 3.75, it works. They are 35x12.50x15 KM2's. They fit good with the cal mini 3" and SPOA, I did move the rear axle bacK 1". I will post pics soon.
