Title: wanted to buy: grand vitara V6 25 liter AT ECM

Can anyone direct me where I can buy an ECM for my grand vitara v6 2.5 liter AT? The part number is 33920-67DP0. Inputs will be greatly appreciated! Brand new or used is ok with me.

they are not known to fry.......what happend to it? or do you need one for a swap or something?

Judging from that part number, I'd say you're not in the US - that's going to be a tough one to locate - have you tried a locate dealer?

I've got one.  $6000.  Comes with a highly modified 2000 GV. :)

You could try getting the circuit board washed and ultrasonic cleaned. The last one that I had that had been submerged had some of the pins on the components shorted by rust, it was also covered with a layer of silt!.

I've got a good / used 2000' GV (USA / Canada built)  w/auto trans ECU , but the numbers don't match yours. If you find that is compatible, let me know.

The 2 liter 4 cyl. ECM will not be suitable for a 2.5 liter V6.

Ian. IF you are referring to the ECU that I posted as available, it's from a 2000' (USA / Canadian built) GV, which were all equipped w/the 2.5 V-6.  ;)

Oh, sorry, I took the 2000 to mean 2 litre - silly of me.
