Title: tracker tranny rebuild instructions

where can I find step by step instructions on rebuilding a tracker tranny?  Anybody have a link?

Which one?

5-speed manual, 3-speed auto or 4-speed auto?

I guess that tiny bit of info would be helpful,  3 speed auto

1.  Drive to shop
2.  leave vehicle
3.  come back in 2 weeks trade wallet for fixed Tracker.
