I have a few burnt out lights on my dash and figure it might be time to finally fix that. Currently the interior lights are green (obviously), but my radio is that blue like most modern cars have today. I'm just curious...has anyone changed the color of the bulbs in their interior? can it be done?
Are the lights in our cars green because of the color of the bulbs, or is that the color of the backing on the gauges?

they have green covers over the bulbs on the cluster. center dash light (for the heater controls) is a smaller bulb that i think has a cover over it aswell.

LOL
I guess in a round about way i got my answer.
so i'll just ask again...what were the large & small led's part number or type so i know exactly what ones to buy

Ok, dumb dumb question then....
What do you mean by "put them in backwards"?
You mean put the led's in facing the other way?
Or do you mean turn it around in the plug cradle making + be - and vice versa?
-
yep i mean switch the polarity .
turn it around in the plug cradle making + be - or vice versa ;)

That's what i figured. Hence the "dumb question" i threw in there for good measure.
