Title: Need coolant hose for IAC

I discovered a pinhole leak in one of the coolant hoses that goes to the idle air control. Is there a readily available type of hose I can substitute for this hose or would I be better off with the factory type hose? Where can the factory hose be readily obtained from?

If you take the hose to the local auto parts store, they should be able to sell you a similarly-sized length of generic hose.

It won't have the custom bends in it but it'll work.

Or you can stop by your local Suzuki dealer.  I can't (nor probably will they) guarantee that they will be able to get you one or how long it will take...
