I've got very few inquiries, am I asking too much?
I thought this was a pretty fair price.
What do you think?

well I don't know about every one else, but It only has 110k , so it has a ways to go (most likely). The hitch, rack, and front bumper can add up fast. depending on if you install the parts your self or if you have some one do it you are looking at a good $1000 value. SO it is in Fair condition plus some extras for a couple $$$ more. I say it is a good deal. just my two cents. Selling price and what it should sell for price are two different things too. Good luck on seeling it. by the way where are you located?

I'd say it's a fair price, especially for where you live.  They usually seem to go for more out west.  Try $2000 and see how you do.

KBB is just a guideline on pricing.  The market in your particuliar area may be above or below the KBB pricing.  Plus the economy isn't helping people who are trying to sell things......most people just don't have extra money laying around to buy things.  If you are not in a hurry to sell, then you can probably get what you are asking, you will just have to wait for the right person to come along.

Try pricing it based off of the NADA guide book. They have more acurate pricing data than KBB and aren't slanted in favor of the dealer so dramatically. Using them may get you a price that gets more calls. It may also be that your vehicle doesn't have the curb appeal it needs. For example, the Paint is definitely a problem... I didn't see pictures of the interior or engine bay, but just looking at the pictures you did provide I'd say it falls in the rough to fair trade in bracket.

nadaguides.com
Rough Trade In $1,175
Fair Trade In $1,750
Clean Trade In $2,225

Here's the explanations from their site on conditions:

Rough Trade-In
The Rough Trade-in values on nadaguides.com are meant to reflect a vehicle in rough condition. A vehicle with significant mechanical defects requiring repairs in order to restore reasonable running condition; Paint, body and wheel surfaces have considerable damage to their finish, which may include dull or faded (oxidized) paint, small to medium size dents, frame damage, rust, or obvious signs of previous repairs; Interior reflects above average wear, with inoperable equipment, damaged or missing trim, and heavily soiled /permanent imperfections on the headliner, carpet, and upholstery; May have a branded title and un-true mileage; Vehicle will need substantial reconditioning and repair to be made ready for resale; Some existing issues may be difficult to restore. Because individual vehicle condition varies greatly, users of nadaguides.com may need to make independent adjustments for actual vehicle condition.

Average Trade-In
The Average Trade-In values on nadaguides.com are meant to reflect a vehicle in average condition. A vehicle that is mechanically sound but may require some repairs/servicing to pass all necessary inspections; Paint, body and wheel surfaces have moderate imperfections and an average finish and shine which can be improved with restorative repair; Interior reflects some soiling and wear in relation to vehicle age, with all equipment operable or requiring minimal effort to make operable; Clean title history; Vehicle will need a fair degree of reconditioning to be made ready for resale. Because individual vehicle condition varies greatly, users of nadaguides.com may need to make independent adjustments for actual vehicle condition.

Clean Trade-In
The Clean Trade-In values on nadaguides.com are meant to reflect a vehicle in clean condition. A vehicle with no mechanical defects and passes all necessary inspections with ease; Paint, body and wheels have minor surface scratching with a high gloss finish and shine; Interior reflects minimal soiling and wear, with all equipment in complete working order; Vehicle has a clean title history; Vehicle will need minimal reconditioning to be made ready for resale. Because individual vehicle condition varies greatly, users of nadaguides.com may need to make independent adjustments for actual vehicle condition.

Good luck, Eric

Looking at Craigslit for the Denver area there are quite a few Tracker/Vitara/Sidekicks available in that range.  Yours looks to be about the middle of the pack.  But with 20 or so to choose from it doesn't stand out that strongly.

you also have to remember that the market for EVERYTHING is soft right now. our economic problems trickle down to the smallest things including car sales. if my daughter had the money, im sure she would buy it, but she just bought a condo.

you didn't start out to bad on pricing after all. It took me about 5 months to sell my riding mower, but I got full price. sometimes it is just a waiting game.
