hey so no matter how hard i try to stop building my kicker i always come back. lol i just got some 32's and new struts n shocks, and now my wife is buying me bumpers for our ani. She gave me a limit though so no new bumpers coming my way >:(, but i found a smittybuilt jeep rear and a jeep winch front for really cheap. i would modify these ofcourse but are the widths of jeeps close to sidekicks? ill get pics up of whats coming.

You will have to cut off all of the mounts and weld your own up. but other then that they will probably work. What model of Jeep are they for?
-
i want to say 92 cherokee, but i live in Wa so tube bumpers are illegal and brand new ones are so expensive
-
Where did you get that tube bumpers are illegal in WA? As long as they are close enough to the ground just about everything is legal. The only real limitations are on the body lifts, they have to be from a shop and can't be larger then 3".

HAHA from a cop... they said that if the bumpers are not thicker than 4" they are illegal. And great news my water pump just went out so now i got replace that and while i am at it my timeing belt. :'(

It's tricky. They say it has to be 4.5" inches tall but not that it has to have a 4.5" strip. If it went it court it would probably be down to the judges review.

If you build your own bumper you must also meet the following federal requiremnt, which is pretty easy. It's a rubber pendulum hitting your vehicle at a mind boggling 2.5 mph.

sweet thanks. My water pump took about 2hrs. i had a front crank seal leak thats where my drops of oil are coming from. I replaced the water pump. crank seal, timing belt, alt belt, and ac exct belt. took 4.3 hrs to get everything torqued to spec. put it all back to gether and started it and the timeing belt made almost a lite supercharged whine, was pretty worried about it but after 20 miles in went quiet. Then at 6 this morning my alt belt worked its way loose and man did that thing sing, lol all in all the job is done now everything works great no more leaking coolant, and no more noise, my motor purs now. ill get some pics tommorrow my motor bay has never been so clean lol.
Another thing i saw a silverado with a home made rear bumper made out of black diamond plate looked really sick. Does anyone know how easy that metal welds.

It welds fine. Cutting with a torch is hard because of the different thickness.
