i got my 6.5 gears from lowrange(will order from them again good service) got them in Feb last month i took my drain plug out it was covered with metal bits. i took the case out and opened it up the counter shaft bearings had crushed, letting the gear move and start chipping teeth sending bits threw all the bearings. I called lowrange they said send it all of the 6.5 kit back and they would send out a new set 7 days later i had the new set ;D ???thinking later about the cost to replace all the bearings that go kill by the bearing that trail gear supplies in the kit , i think that trail gear should replace all the bearings sents it was there counter shaft there bearings and there gear that went off and took the other bearings out (they look cleanable but they role chunky ) trail gear said no way u didn't put in new so tuff shit
so I'm looking for opinions ??? on the whole thing lets hear it

Thought about this and I guess I really dont have a answer as of yet. Dont know if its because I just woke up and my brain doesnt work for at least 2 hours. But maybe call trail gear and see if they would replace them? I mean it cant hurt to try right?

Did you do a full T-case rebuild when you installed the 6.5's?
Bearings and seals?
